Delivery Terms
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery
slot availability.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will
determine which delivery services you will be offered. Delivery
to some postcodes may take longer time-span.
We accept orders from customers living in these countries for delivery:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, France,
Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea,
Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland,
Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan,
Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States of America.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent
addresses. Please note that some hospitals do not accept
deliveries of gifts to wards, you are cordially be advised to
check with the hospital before placing your order.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm of working
days, no fixed time schedule can be made.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order,depending
on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service.
However, when you've added items to your shopping basket, the
standard delivery charge for those items will be automatically
applied to your order.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for the delivery of
your goods. Delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure
your order is transported in the best possible way.
Delivery Service (Local Delivery)
- Deliveries will be made from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- No deliveries on Public Hoilday.
- Free Delivery will be offered for orders above $381.
- A fee of $50 will be charged for order below $180;
- $30 for order between $180-380.
- *Tung Chung and Ma Wan, extra bridge fee $40
- Delivery service is not available:
i) There is no legal
unloading area within a 50 meters radius of the delivery
address,
ii) There is a need to walk up the stairs which
has more than 20 steps.
iii) Above 3rd floor in buildings
without elevators.
Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon
signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
